Erica Thorp, RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for 9 years. Following her life as a professional dancer, Erica saw yoga as a way to keep her body flexible and strong. She soon realized, though, that yoga provided her with much more than that, and that her practice was a means of staying grounded and in the moment which can be difficult given our very busy lives.
Most recently, Erica was on the assisting team for Chanel Luck’s Radiant Yoga Teacher Training. Erica encourages her students to breathe and flow, to be present, and to experience gratitude for time on the mat.
