Amanda Howley

Amanda continues to work in the corporate world full time and escape to the studio as much as possible in between. She has always loved taking group fitness classes, but being a former dancer, competitive cheerleader and gymnast, barre was something Amanda naturally fell in love with. She finds barre to be an amazing complement to several other types of exercise, and one of the best forms of strength training out there for women.

Teaching group fitness has been positively life changing for her.  Amanda has taught in both studio and gym settings and built a reputation of presenting a challenging class. While it is her hope that clients feel challenged and are motivated to keep coming back for more, it is also important to her that clients are made to feel comfortable knowing modifications are always available.  Amanda’s goal is to keep classes high energy and have clients leave feeling positive about what they have accomplished.
